If all you have are credit cards, medical bills, a car note, been through a foreclosure, then in order to file bankruptcy all you have to do is fill out 17 to 20 forms.

The DVD guides you through the steps of filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy by directing you on how to fill out the forms and schedules, and how to submit the forms and schedules to the bankruptcy court.  The DVD also goes over terms and definitions.

The CD has all the forms and schedules needed for a person to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy, including a check list.  In addition, the CD has the exemptions for all 50 states, including Washington DC, and both federal and nonfederal exemptions.

The forms and schedules on the CD allow you to save and print the information you typed.

This procedure is not EASY!  In order to discharge student loans on a bankruptcy you have to go through an additional procedure.   Basically, you have to prove in court, that no matter how much money you will make, you will never make enough money that will allow you to maintain a minimum standard of living and enable you to afford to pay your student loans.  This does not mean that you have to be totally disabled.  Some people that were about to retire were able to get their student loans discharged.  A woman that had a job, a house, a husband with a job, and a few kids, but was bipolar, was able to discharge her student loans.  The procedure, requirements, and forms for discharging student loans are on the DVD & CD.

Foreclosure:

If you owed $400,000 and the bank sold your home for $300,000, you are still on the hook for the $100,000 difference, plus the property tax.
